Happy Father’s Day

Continuing to try more Tom Kerridge recipes, this time a Frangipane Tart for Father’s Day brunch.

Replaced apples with peaches and cherries, which are in season, and added some cocoa powder to the crust, something I saw on the Great British Bake Off.

As with the other Kerridge recipes, this one is also yummy. However, I’ve tried other frangipane recipes that included almond extract as well as as almond flour to punch up the flavour. Just sayin.
