Rarely see Arctic Char in the markets, only on the menu at The Sandbar Restaurant, which I thought must have cornered the local market. So surprised to see it fresh not at a fishmonger’s but at the Famous Foods supermarket, which has only one very narrow shelf for fresh fish. They charged $11 for one
