Jacques’ Salade Niçoise

Jacques Pépin has been one of the most active celebrity chefs during the lockdown, presenting cooking demos on Instagram every day or two. Usually, they’re simple recipes that celebrate the taste of fresh veg, fruit, or meat. Today, I tried his Salade Niçoise, named for its origins in Nice. What Jacques does differently is use
